Payment (including co-payment) is expected at the time of your visit unless other arrangements are made in advance. Any outstanding balance you owe after insurance payment is due immediately upon receipt of our notice to you. Please feel free to discuss financial concerns during your office visit with either your provider or with our billing manager, Joanne Lee-Quill.

Beacon Family medicine participates in a large number of medical plans and frequently enrolls is in new ones. Please feel free to ask us about if you have a question about current or future participation in a plan.
Please familiarize yourself with the rules of your plan. Sometimes routine services, such as annual physical exams, are not covered. It is your responsibility to know and understand the requirements of your particular plan, but we are happy to assist you in determining your plans benefits. Please ask if any coverage concerns exist!
