Telephone Calls

Because of the large number of telephone calls received each day, it is not always possible for your doctor to speak to you or to return your calls personally. The staff is trained to answer many of your questions and to pass along information on laboratory results to you. If you need to speak to the doctor personally please leave a message with the receptionist and the physician will make every effort to return your phone call promptly. You may also communicate many routine or non-urgent needs by secure email though the Patient Portal.
